You can obtain property information from your local municipality. The department that handles the recording of deeds should be able to provide you with this information on CD. Print it out and enter the property and business owner separately. Remember that you need to enter an owner's name once and link them to each property he or she owners. Do I have to go to the community office to enter data?

No. You can do it at home at any time convenient to you?

Can I upload my community's data?

No, unfortunately not. You will have to enter each individual person, business and property.

Can I export my data?

Yes. That will enable you to upload it to communication programs like www.constantcontact.com.
