About Village Manager

VillageManager.net was created by Market Knowledge, community planning and marketing firm. Market Knowledge originally created Village Manager is a database which was helpful for clients but it had limitations. Only one person could work on it at a time. It was on one computer in an office which was closed when someone wanted to use it. Data was not easy to share. So, we put it on the web.
